We are interested in purchasing vacant land, over-sized residential parcels, estates and acreage that are worth preserving or reusing. We specialize in difficult to develop and environmentally-sensitive lands. Because we are not interested in developing, we can close quickly and often not subject to any permits. We are also interested in large parcels in town centers or under utilized buildings that could benefit from adaptive reuse. We look for out of the box solutions.
